The following are some suggested reports that can be scheduled to run on a re-occurring basis.

Net Sales Analysis

Frequency: Daily

Benefits: Records daily sales based on the date transactions occurred. The Detailed version provides profit data which can be used to evaluate profitability by third party. Provides consistency with regards to staying within target margins.

Gross Profit by Prescription

Frequency: Daily

Benefits: Catches potential dispensing errors (e.g. prescriptions dispensed at a loss); allows the prescriptions to be rebilled in a timely manner; can be scheduled with custom sorts and filters in place, to target the excessive profits and losses.

Network Discrepancy

Frequency: Daily

Benefits: Review adjustments\waives made to online claims; allows the prescriptions to be rebilled in a timely manner, should any excessive waives be discovered.

Owe Balance

Frequency: Daily

Benefits: Keeps owe balances up-to-date; allows staff to control owes on non-monitored products.

Manual Adjustments

Frequency: Weekly

Benefits: Loss prevention tool; evaluate the necessity of tracking adjustments using various reason codes.

Narcotic

Frequency: Bi-Weekly

Benefits: Keeps a log of all reportable narcotics dispensed in a 2-week period.

Time Analysis

Frequency: Monthly

Benefits: Management tool to determine staffing requirements; tracks the number of prescriptions dispensed in specific time intervals.
